welcome back To Another After Effects Tutorial. Today we are going to see how to duplicate a precomp and make it independent after effects so you can reuse the pre-compose layer as much as you want, so to avoid a time consuming task to recreate same animation for other elements .
This tutorial is also going to cover precompose after effects, - Duplicate Precomp , pre composition after effects, how to make reuse of pre composition in after effects, how to edit templates in after effects, after effects pre compose tutorial, after effects precompose multiple layers, duplicate a precomp and make it independent after effects , extend placeholders as much as you want.
So don't just repeat, reuse Pre-Compose as well.

Agar sir koi slide show bana rha rhe hai tab ye method kaam nahi krta hai..
Coz uper se humne duplicate ktke. Niche laye and then image replace kia alt daba kr to both comp me image change ho jati hai..

Why did it not worked ?
1 . import a clip pre-comp it and add some transitions on it like (Zoom-out/Zoom-in) then
2.then copy it through reveal source from the import section (holder of all files/video sources)
3.then drag the copy on the timeline and change its clip (from inside the pre-comp)
transitions from the copied pre-comped were gets disapeared

Nope, it simply doesnt work for me. I duplicate the pre comp from project panel and heard this solution a thousand times but it does not work for me. If i make any changes in the duplicate, they reflect in the original. Fucking annoying.
