I have Asian parents. They wouldn't give me "the talk" if they got paid £1, 000, 000.

I never got "the talk". When i was 13-14 years old, my mother just got into my phone and read the conversations i had with my friends on a group chat. You know at that age you just start swearing more than usual and stuff like that (or was it just for me idk). So i was in that period of my life and on that chat i remeber everyone swearing and mentioning "those parts". I was always a shy, good kid, so my mom had a huge shock. She got really mad and stuff got really complicated, but thats when mom realized i know about it, so it was no need for "the talk". I regret this all happening, i know i was really stupid, i am after years still embarrassed about it (even tho we dont ever bring that up again) and i would rather have had "the talk".

In the 4th grade, one my besties said "Do you know what a guy's snake is?" 😂😂😂😂😂😂

In my family its mandatory to wait. They always provided and were good to us so its something I feel is good to give back if I don't wait, they don't deserve to be let down.
