How much bromelain do you recommend for asthma? I take 1g Bromelain with Vitamin C in the Morning and 1g Bromelain vit Vitamin C in the afternoon and I want to take 1g more in the evening because of my severe pollen allergies and asthma that just started. Do you think thats too much? Thank you

Chris, I would be very interested to hear your opinion on the Japanese food Natto(fermented soybeans). Its the highest known food source of K2 but...its also made from soy, which has repeatedly been found to have estrogenic qualities in men. What are your thoughts? I have recorded a significant decrease in my mother's blood pressure 30-45 minutes after raw pineapple consumption. Down to 119 from 151. I must emphasize the use of raw pineapple as canned pineapple may have significantly less amounts of Bromelain due to heat involved in the canning process. The Bromelain enzyme may also help break down bloodclots resulting from complications or side effects of the c0vid19 vax.
