Superficial mud slinging. There are any number of reasons why one might vote against a particular measure. What else was it being packaged with? What were specifics of the wording, or the intended implementation? The devil is often in the detail.

Including things that have nothing to do with the subject matter. Instead of actually passing a law for that specific thing they try to get some stupid funding for some other item that has nothing to do with it. Then all the while turning around and making videos like this trying to point the finger at them and calling them bad guy. Do some research before you believe videos like this
