To end out the wonderful year that was 2015, I bring you a final, much requested cover. I must admit, I have yet to fully playthrough this game (I promise I'll play it after this cover, Josh! XD), but, much like I was with Steven Universe, I covered the songs first, then fell head over heels in love with it xD I assume the same will happen with Undertale! I've heard many-a great things, and if this beautifully, heart-wrenching song is any indication of its quality, it might be one of my favorite stories ever. But onto the cover itself!! Because I hadn't played Undertale yet, I enlisted the help of my big bro to write some lyrics to this instrumental piece. And he did a FANTASTIC job, if I do say so myself :) He gave me some great material to work with. HUGE shout out to SevenUp for the GORGEOUS instrumental piece! This song basically saved my life 4 years ago. I was seriously contemplating suicide because I lost all my friends and felt like I was nothing. I saw this in my recommended even though I barely knew undertale at the time. I was filled with so much emotion, I ended up not committing suicide (well, I’m here today) and I just wanted to thank you. A video came up in my recommended recently that reminded me of this cover. Yesterday was the first day in seven years since I first attempted that I've considered suicide to the extent of writing my last note and beginning to plan. I remembered this cover twenty minutes ago, and the well of emotion it would bring out of me. I've been listening to this on loop, messy-sobbing at my laptop.
