I use FM1006n3w, to use/adjust temperature, should there be a hot water supply? Or does the machine itself heat the water?

Also, can you use higher temp (40-60deg) with rinse+spin setup?

When I start the pre-wash cycle, bubbles appear inside during the first 2 minutes. However, I’ve already made sure that the pre-wash detergent compartment is empty, and I only pour detergent into the main compartment. What should I do if I don’t want detergent in my pre-wash?
