Any update on how to fix the screen and touch controls not turning on?

How are these compared to LG wash tower. My current set of the Lg tower vibrate and make a hauling noise on the last 7 minutes of the spin cycle. Any recommendations, the washer dryer would be on the second floor. I have a small space and loved the wash tower being stackable. I may have to switch to a top loader, if this brand will also shake and vibrate.

Had my WM6700HBA dial display broken, and the whole controls! I felt miserable for what has happened. As I power on the unit, nothing but the tub light turns on!

I had the same problem. I disconnected from the electricity, waited a few second, plugged it back, I saw the screen again and I could change cycles .
