LISTEN TO HOW SHE IS rubbing it in to Red. She keeps saying "I'm her Mother" taunting him. That to me means she knows he is Katerina.

She's not Liz's mother. There is a scene where she talks to one of her associates where she tells him that she knew if she could convince Liz she was her mother, Liz would help her against Reddington. There is also another scene where it shows how Reddington made the people who were chasing Katarina to believe that Petrova was Katarina.

Katarina has the archives not this imposter. And since of course Redington is Katarina, then we all know that he set her up to be the katharina. Lots of body swaps, katarina became Reddington, and Petrova became katarina. So now this redington, AKA Katerina in disguise, is n13. Although she he no longer does spying for any governments.

But we were at where katatrina comes in as her mom when we got hooked or saw it in tv so wanted to watch it from beginning.but not sure about this Redington is mom
