Last August, Project Sparrow conducted a 6.5-second hot-fire test of the regeneratively cooled DLX-150B 'Firebolt' engine. With this test, the engine reached thermal steady state for the first time. The engine ran at a reduced chamber pressure of 30 bar, producing a steady 9 kN of thrust.
