This video does not distinguish between enzyme poisons and regulatory molecules. Both are forms non-competitive inhibition. The difference is enzyme poisons permanently change the enzyme, whereas regulatory molecules only temporarily change the enzyme.

Removing a proton from an element changes it into an entirely new element I think you mean the Enzyme removed a hydrogen atom for H2O to make it OH-.
