to set path as default easily
go to my computer >get a right click anywhere and select properties> and u will go to a page like about your computer >then u will select a "advance system settings" and select "advance" and select "environmental variables"and go to system variables and search in box for "path" by scrolling down select path and click "edit option" and set a path like <<C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.8.0_60>> this path is for example so u find ur java and bin folder and next step is click ok and ok and ok now u will type directly javac in cmd enjjoy....:)

if your file is saved as .txt put doublequotes around your file name like "FirstCode.java" this will save your file as a java file. And remember to put small "c" in class.

how to permanently set javac path:
1) Search for "environment variables". An option named "edit environment variables for your account" will appear. Click on it.

2) Under the option "user variables for home", look for a variable named 'path'. If present, click on edit, if not create a new one.

3) Set its path as "C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.8.0_161\bin". Click on O.K. and exit the window.

You have successfully set path for javac.
Goto cmd and type javac, a load of data will appear. This means you have done it!
