Thank you Tyler for this info video. I ordered and received the replacement boot for my 66 Mustang with console, with a 5 spd. transmission.

Does the 1970 Mustang shifter boot line up with the location of the screw holes on the 1965 Mustang?

Great tip! So just to confirm the chrome bezel is also for a '69? Normally that one would just slip on... but I guess there is a little more upward pressure so that's why the finishing screws were used?

Hello. I've been looking for videos on how to replace booth on a 66 stick shift, i have a new booth, i removed the old one by cutting it but can't figure out how to put new one in shifter. Can u help? Thanks
