hi. the ELB reset push up suddenly pushed down. After I pushed up, it pushed down again after a few minutes. What is the issue?

That's not reset button. It is used to test whether the pump have electrical leakage that could get into the water hose and electrocute the user. If it's not turned off after you push the ELB button, it is a sign that there's electrical leakage on that pump and the possibility that you get electrocuted is really high.

Water is too hot even when temperature setting is at the lowest cool zone, seems that it is at full blast at any temperature setting. Tried reset and still no changes
