Turkish Borek Recipe | Filo Pastry with Spinach and Cheese | Turkish Recipes | Spinach Feta Pastry

Ingredients
300 g (0.7 lbs) of Feta Cheese
1 lbs (500 g) of Spinach
5 Big Pieces of Filo Pastry
3 Eggs
1 Onion (Grated)
1/2 tbs. of Black Pepper
1 Small Coffee Cup of Vegetable Oil (3 tbs.)
3 tbs. of Yogurt
2 tbs. of Olive Oil

Wow I remember going to Turkey and I ate this within the same amount of time you took just laying out the first layer of filo pastry. The effort is crazy but the taste is unforgettable! I wish I could find this in the UK!

I really enjoyed your burek video I have never made it using Yufka sheets it really looks relish. I was wondering what size pan are you using. my sister law bought me a set of 4 different sizes from Macedonian I think they are 12, 14 16 and 20 I think she keep the 18. whatever it doesn't matter I would love to try your recipe. can it be prepare before and frozen then baked without being thawed thank you looking forward to your response.

This recipe by far is better than spanakopita.... Depends a lot though on your yufka or filo pastry.i am an australian greek with a turkish fiancé and he said that it was one of the best he's eaten and I too agree... Great job. U should post some recipes on cucuk. Regards for 2014.

man i watch your vids way too much lol i cooked the burek yesterday and all i could hear in my head was the music lols
