INGREDIENTS FOR RECIPE NO. 1 (Fried Chicken Liver)
2 lbs chicken liver
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp five spice seasoning
1/4 tsp chicken powder or magic sarap (optional)
2 tbsp hot sauce (any brand)
1 small egg
1 & 1/4 cups flour + 3/4 cup potato starch or cornstarch + 1/2 tbsp salt + 1 tsp garlic powder + 1 tsp black pepper + 1 tsp paprika + 1 tsp onion powder

INGREDIENTS FOR RECIPE NO. 2 (Honey Garlic Pork Belly)
INGREDIENTS:
600g pork belly
2 eggs
4 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp unsalted butter or margarine (or oil)
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 thumb sized ginger, minced
Thai chili pepper
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp calamansi extract or lemon juice
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp chicken powder or magic sarap
