How and Why to Buy (T-Bills) Treasury Bills Bonds

I'm going to burn one of my 5 (I believe) daily comments to thank you for another interesting and useful topic. I'm a fan of intelligence and eclecticism. Say that 5 times real fast.
(Now tell my how to sweep into T-Bill level returns. Since I have some short positions I have a big cushion against mark-to-market.
As to my [self-directed] traditional IRA, I can do as you say with idle funds there. But I need a sweep account for my taxable account.)
