Bad advice. Morgur builds a herdstone at the minor settlement near Bilbali everytime, which blocks re-colonization of Skavenblight. You have to recruit another lord, build a 20 stack asap and rush him. Even if you wipe his army out he respawns immediately at his herdstone. If you scrape every piece of food you can get tier 5 skavenblight by turn 5-7 depending on luck.

Well, idk if i did something wrong but i cant retake skavenblight again, i think is bc of the beastmen and their bloodcamp, so now i lost my main city and dont have a way to recruit new armies lmao
