Discord in my opinion is traumatizing, almost everyone in Discord just ruined my childhood some with pictures, chats, and many more but with the voice chat, people be literally doing stuff with that and it’s very bad, even insults that hurt others. That’s why I deleted discord and other social media platforms.

its hard, but for me, 3 am doesn't scare me anymore. as a kids ws super duper scared. like if I couldn't sleep, and check the time and it would be 3 am, I couldn't even sleep. now, I know I am not scared and whatever "scary" things happen, wont effect me.

I can relate, during covid i became obsessed with my phone and ik its bad but i just cant stop my habit and i have dark circles around my eyes which wont go.. and my cousin told me abt 3 AM it scared me sm that i always sleep with the light on.

I’m the person who watches scary ash stuff at 3:00 (it’s actually 3:58 am when I type this) and I usually stay up until 6:30-7:00AM during summer and weekends. I get no sleep whatsoever
