well done, I can do this in Terminal in Ubuntu, but how can i open the terminal window in Jupyter?

Hi Matt, I have a few questions as I start my Jupyter notebook journey. 1. I am used to go the folder I have python program already written and get the jupyter notebook, please may I know how to open the .py file already written and execute them .
2. As per this video, I used Anaconda, I am not able to add a channel to point Anaconda, the folder I want to open the file. I am assuming that channel will only add to the current folder and I am not able to change the folder. Please can you help me.
