I was learning shamanistic practices and i began to come to the realisation. Maybe all these ancient teaching are obscure because the common man wont appreciate it if they get the results easily. Well yes and know. What he teaches is not deep (and that's good because it is simple). But you can do more out of it. Wim can change the Temperature of his hand with willpower. After practicing the breathing and doing I've baths I certainly cannot do it. Guess you can learn more when becoming a whm instructor

Well, Wim Hof did mention multiple times that his method is very simple. It's good to have a technique that is simple yet effective. I don't consider the amount of depth or complexity involved to necessarily be a marker of effectiveness.
