Seeing these kinds of shorts finally made me realise how draping works. I knew about it in theory but I guess it never really clicked and I spent so long wondering how it doesn’t take ages and ages to learn how to easily create custom clothing. For some reason I had fallen into the assumption that all sewing patterns were done straight on paper by people really skilled at three-dimensional thinking 😂

Are dress forms like made to be your body shape? What is the form is a different size than the person who wears the dress?

Where did you get that dress form dummy thingy from?

An do you keep all of your creations, or do you possibly sell some them etc.

Sorry if this question is silly, but how come I don't see any other holes in your dress-form if you routinely put pins into it?
