I do most of this. I appreciate the mention of heat. It explains how my iPad is able to charge quicker when being used especially if I am playing a game which heats up the device. It really charges slowly when it's cold.

The problem that we run into however when turning off these location functions in system services is that it also deactivates Location-based alarms, automations, and reminders. It also does not allow optimized battery charging to kick in.
