Absolutely love this channel. I do love steak, but Matthias and Bryan eating steak and talking is even better.

So glad this channel is uploading more often. I enjoy the casual chat over beautiful steaks. Only problem is I’m always so hungry after lol.

Probably the one channel where Brian is the one trying to educate and Matt is the goofy one lol, we love it

These videos offer such chill vibes, but with some good laughs too. Keep it up!

This is the kind of Team edge/Matthias content I’ve always wanted. I love the challenge and sports videos, but I’m glad to have some videos that appeal to an older audience as well.

Best episode yet, love the contrast of trying liquor with the steaks, added a fun dynamic to the conversations

The absolute best channel + content on YouTube. I just got into making steaks not even a year ago and I've certainly got some work to do. I love learning new things about one of my favorite foods! Thanks guys.

First episode I've seen from this channel, and almost done watching the rest. This is by far my favorite one. A nice and leisurely pace for proper conversation with interesting topics, though the longer episodes you've made have had excellent conversations. The steak is there and is definitely exciting, but the conversation takes center stage.

My wife and I got a5 Japanese wagyu just 4 days before you made this video and your reactions were exactly what ours were. Love the channel learning a lot from you guys and from Bryan when it comes to cooking steak!

Can you guys also do Charcuterie boards and wine tasting? 😄😄 I think some people would enjoy that (me, I'm the people).

I really liked this episode, and I like seeing that they not only focus so much on steak too (even though that's kinda the why they're there lol). The topic of alcohol interested me though because as someone who lives in Europe, and as someone who has been of legal drinking age for about 1, 5 years, I think it has a lot to do with how you were raised. I was raised by parents who enjoy a light drink ever so often, especially on the weekends, but there was never a conversation like "you wanna try a drink with us?" even when I turned 18 (aka legal drinking age here). they've never said I can't drink per say, and I think it has to do with their trust in my ability to control how much I drink etc. and my ability to know when to stop. But I do feel that temptation to just go out and get really drunk at least once. That was my long conclusion lol hopefully someone enjoys to read this.

In my experience in the UK, alcohol is introduced at a young age through parties. I remember that people start drinking properly around 13 years old, even though the legal age to buy alcohol is 18. You are either of the two here either not really interested in alcohol or love it. But because it's introduced so young it's kind of a part of the culture of lots of drinking parties, and I'd say it doesn't really slow down for a lot of people until late 20s @HighSteaks.
