Hi Samuel, I have a question about your BRRR projects. I’m currently remortgaging my house to become a landlord, and from what I can gather ALL lenders require you to have at least 25% equity in the house. So I’m wondering, how does that work for BRRR schemes where you’d pull the whole value of the house out in cash? As I would have thought you’d have to leave at least 25% of the value still in the property.

Hello Sam, very big fan of yours in one of your videos you spoke about one of your students a getting a commercial valuation on his 6 bed HMO I have spoken to 2 brokers so far and they are not able to give a commercial valuation on a 6 bed HMO because it’s considered residential would be great to hear your thoughts
