I HAVE THE FAMILY FORM IMM 5707 to fill and there is a question that IDK what to answer. (There is no mistake on my questionnaire. The thing is that I noticed that for Brazilian passport holders this form is mandatory). The question is “Will your spouse accompany you to Canada?”. I have a spouse holding a PGWP and I need to apply for his extension, but I’m not applying right now because I need to find a job (possibly part-time), and get the job offer letter and paystubs. Please let me know if I should answer yes or not in this question considering my situation. Thanks.

So my company right now extended my internship but I am graduating this month from my program. I am planning to use my post-grad work permit for the next 4 months of the internship. I have a small question. My program is a two year program with a coop but I didn't receive a coop job. As a result of that, I will be ending my studies 8 months early. I should be finishing my program on January 2025 but I am finishing my program this month. Should the last date of my program be this month? And will I be getting a 3 year work permit?

I recently graduated from a Canadian college last month.. I created an Express entry profile but withdrew it as I have 480 points but someone suggested to not show dual intent as I have to apply for PGWP.
Was withdrawing ok? As my priority is to get PGWP and I have abided to all legalities during study. Hope my PGWP application won’t get affected due to a creation of an EE profile ?

I wanted to check with you about the red flag where you mention that working above 20 hours/week is a sign of trouble. I happen to be in the category of people who is eligible to work full time during studies, until Dec 2023. This is not a cause for concern right ? Also, is there a limit on the number of hours defined as full-time for students such as myself (like a hard limit of 40 hours/week max? because 1-2 week can go above 40 unless I choose not to take the shift.)

It's just that I want to be on the safe side from before than lament it later. Thanks to you.

And also, I have 7 months left for my passport to be expired but I am applying for a new one soon, can I use the old one to apply first then update it as soon as it comes out since it will take a 2weeks to 1month for the new passport to be out
