I Applied for unemployment on September 25th 2023 due to lack of work because my job title was eliminated.. Its October 22nd 2023 and still didn't receive benefits on debit card or judgement decision in the mail 📬 and after today on October 22nd 2023 it will be 4 weeks.. What the hell is going on?

The commissioner created this video because they have no phone support. They do not answer the phones ever. You can't even leave a message. The the poor New Yorkers who are not adept at using the web site are left alone to fend for themselves. As far as I know, the NYS DOL doesn't have physical offices where you can visit and talk to a clerk. They rely completely on the web site and no human interaction. That is absurd.
