I’ve been a customer since 2017, have 2 Shapeokos, and pretty much every accessory. I can vouch, their support is the best. They respond immediately and always go way above and beyond. If you call and have to leave a message or you send an email, you don’t need to worry, they will actually respond as soon as they are able… I can’t say enough good things about the company, their products, and their support.

The one problem I have with Carbide Create is no option to use Climb Cut milling on contour cuts. The wall finish on aluminum is terrible because of this.
