Let me humbly correct here: Its middle ear not inner ear. Eustachian tube opens in middle ear from mouth. Inner ear is cochlea, semicircular canals, and auditory chord etc.

Hi blowing the balloon with the nose is fine but it doesn't deflate back up the nose. Does that mean my Eustachian tube is completely blocked?

It does absolutely zero for me

Edit: woah tried it a few more times with swallowing. Its absolutely filled my ears with pressure. Made it much worse. Should I keep using it? Or just stop

Doing it like you do it, how could it possibly do anything?
If my ear is ever plugged I do a Valsalva. And if that does not work I clamp down my nose and suck air in through my nose (basically the opposite of a valsalva.
If neither of those do anything that balloon ain't gonna do nottin.

😢Today my first day using this tool, I did all that in both ways for both ears but non opened, the air stays in the balloon and I feel nothing just pressure of the air trying to escape from my nose 👃 why?
