How to do donuts in a Subaru!

Quick video on how I do donuts in my subaru, this lot was pretty tight so I mainly used my e-brake. If i have more space I'll clutch kick.

Dude I live in Avondale az. Because of you I also tried donuts yesterday because it was wet out side so much fun. I have a 2015 sti too.

The brake pulling is tearing up the center diff. Subaru’s are mechanically linked and cannot be separated. The rally cars have a electric clutch to open up the center diff so you don’t destroy it. The street cars do not unless an aftermarket unit has been installed. If you need an ebrake to swing a subie you know nothing about weight transfer and throttle lift oversteer.

took me a bit to learn that u can use ebrake with awd to kick the back out lol. always thought it would ruin something. i always just flicked right then left and hammer down

I never used the emergency brake like that on my old 2002 (never did donuts unless there was snow), but after many years and miles the emergency brake stopped working and it was a real pain to fix. Actually was never able to completely fix it. But I loved that car.

E brake on symmetrical all wheel drive is a good way to destroy things.

Tried this the other day in my n/a gc, for me just a scandi flick and clutch kick is all you need to get er in a slide

The new 2018 STI has an all electric diff. This guy's 2015 is half mechanical half electrical. Plus he needs to set the diff to AUTO MINUS to prevent treh diff from locking

Seems like an E-brake initiation may not be very good for your center diff… but I don’t know, I don’t drive a Subaru 🤷
