evo Car of the Year 2013: Part 2

This year's evo Car of the Year test, in association with Michelin, brings together some of 2013's hottest metal, on one of Europe's most demanding roads, the French Route Napoleon. The finalists are as follows:

- Aston Martin V12 Vantage S
- Audi R8 V10 Plus
- Mercedes SLS Black Series
- Porsche 911 GT3
- Alfa Romeo 4C
- Ferrari F12 Berlinetta
- Porsche Cayman S
- Mini JCW GP

The last 2 minutes of this video are the most compelling in the journo industry at this moment. Just watched ecoty 2015, awesome, but didn't convince you that the winner truely deserved the accolade. Here, Jethro is a class act with bulletproof credibility and a narration style on a par with David Attenborough. Dan clearly knows his stuff and I adore his videos, but he needs to unpeel the layers of his professionalism and let us see the real guy underneath. Well worth a comparison between ecoty 2015 and previous years. Oh, and well done the weather for showing my home country in the best light in 2015!

Excellent choice. Since I watched Chris Harris's review of it a couple of months back, there has been no other car I have wanted more. It is pretty much perfection. The sound, the way it goes, the 911 in all it's 991 variants look fantastic too. What. A. Car. Excellent couple of videos, 30 mins (nearly) of brilliance. Cheers evo. :)

The true winner is the F12 berlinetta. Nothing beats that amazing V12 sound and the sheer excitement and fun of driving it. Ferrari F12 berlinetta all the way! I just love that car!

LOVE the last clip! I wish for more of these. Its great to get the opinion of an experienced jurno, but seeing it yourself lets you imagine the feeling from the driver's seat. Awesome.
