The very seldom supervisors and managers that were like this were the best. They didn’t let the fact they switched from enlisted to officer get to them because they know how tough it is. So they are chill and as long as the work gets done, you’re actually more reluctant to want to be on top of your game because you appreciate them for knowing the struggle and not adding onto the struggle or your struggle.

When I worked at Wal-Mart one of the coolest managers name was Will, he looked really serious but was actually super laid back and came through for us at the Tire shop many times.
