Hi there i had a foot injury at my job where my big toe was fractured and pinky toe broken and also had a torn ligament in my right ankle. I been on workers compensation for 3 years
Lots of therapy for my shoulder wrist and lower back. After a year Dr. Recommend surgery for my shoulder and back
Wc. Only approved lumbar disectomy and didn't approve the surgery for my shoulder. Well the lumbar disectomy didn't work for me. And Dr. Did fusion surgery L-4 L-5 now after a year my back still hurts. Now. Wc. Compensation wants to settle my case. But idk how much it worth. Do you think I'ma get pay a good amount of money for my case?
