Two places that you didn’t mention that both open and concealed carry is prohibited are Post Offices and hospitals.

Thanks for the video. I was unaware that the 51% law only pertained to places where alcohol is (to be consumed on premises). That means bars and not liquor stores.

Great video, great information. I have been LTC for years but I’m trying to convince my wife of the benefit of being LTC. To me it is very clear but when talking to some non LTC people, they seem to believe if they are LTC then they will be held responsible for things that they otherwise would not be if no LTC. My every day care is a Springfield Commander 9mm 1911, although I will carry my Kimber 3” 45 1911. I always conceal to try and avoid being the first target😂. Thank you for helping people understand more about gun laws.

I have been in restaurants where I could have my gun (open or concealed) in the general tables section but NOT in are at the BAR section.

Wow theres a lot more restrictions in Texas than Missouri it seems. In Missouri CHL holders usually can't face criminal charges for carrying in most of these places as long as if asked to leave they do. I have a CHL but I don't usually carry, but when I do I carry a Glock 29(10mm).

Question: What about churches and medical locations such as doctor offices or hospitals. These used to be off limits. Naturally Federal places are off limits..
I wondered if "medical" covered places like, massage parlors, manicure salon, tattoo parlor, hair cut salons, chiropractic locations, veterinary clinics?

IMO. I don’t follow signage at all because well, I don’t let me rights and ability to self defense stop at a doorway. Also I think to myself, if a politician were to walk in here would he or she, and or their armed security leave their guns in the car? That answer is no. Therefore mine is also no.

With "Constitutional Carry" legal as of 9-1-21 will you do an update on this as the signage issue will change. The posted 30.06, 30.07, and now a 30.05 sign, lots of folks are going to be very confused. Also, be aware the new CC law will allow officers to stop and question and disarm you just for carrying. This is going to be a goatrope of epic proportions for a few months I'm afraid.
