Keto Eggless Almond Tortillas! Only 1g net carb! #Shorts
Ingredients:
Dry Ingredients:
1/2 cup Almond flour
2 tsps Psyllium husk (If the dough is still sticky after kneading, add 2 more teaspoons and knead again).
1/2 tsp Baking powder
1/4 tsp Salt
4 tbsps warm water
2 tbsps Butter
Procedure:
Sift and mix the dry ingredients until well combined.
Pour warm water and mix until it forms into a dough.
Knead. Use a cling wrap to make kneading easier. If the dough is still sticky after kneading, add 2 more teaspoons of Psyllium Husk and knead again.
When done, divide the dough into 4 equal parts and form each one into a ball.
Align 2 parchment papers. Put one dough in between, then use anything with a flat surface to press it. I used a cast iron since I don't have a tortilla press. You can also use a rolling pin but that's time-consuming
Melt butter in a non-stick pan and cook each side until golden brown. Don't toast it. You can also brush it with a mixture of melted butter, minced garlic and coriander.
