People, this is a genderbend version of the original song. Of course it's going to change pronouns. Genderbend means that EVERY character changed their sex, so, like Frollo became a woman, Esmeralda is Esmeraldo.
It has nothing to do with "forcing your own sexual preferences".
Btw, I love this version. It's the only cover that really respects the genderbend part. What a nice voice you have <3 The lyrics and your voice got along with the personality of a female Frollo really nice.

I LOVE this; especially if you consider it a woman was in a place of power (especially in a time like this), for her to fall prey to “desire” would be what her male comrades and society would expect of her since she’s a woman, and it would be “typical” of a woman to be swayed by her emotions! If she loses her credibility, no one will listen to her anymore

So for her to want to deny this gives it extra depth and intensity; listen to your desires or keep your image and respect? Which shall it be?

FINALLY ONE WITH A GENDER SWAP! ive been looking everwhere, and this is the only hellfire I like. yeah the others have great singers and wanted to add a lesbian thing to the story for interest but in my opinion they didnt swap it well. They still said ‘man’ and made it sound like frollo has a girly voice but still a guy. Finally this one has effort, talent, and great movement . i love it! Not to mention its deutsch
