Training for My Final Act on America's Got Talent

I met up with my biggest competitors on America's Got Talent, Billy and Emily England! We wanted to see if we could do each other's acts and even made up our own act we could do together!


Sofie is a self-taught contortionist, hand balancer, aerialist. 2016 America’s Got Talent Golden Buzzer Contestant & FINALIST. She can be seen on The Ellen Degeneres Show, Disney Channel, and Nickelodeon.

I love how she wasn’t afraid to try each new trick that they taught her. That was pure bravery from my perspective. I would’ve been so scared even trying to spin with rollerblades 😂

I think the best moves with Roller skates are the first and second turns, but the move you have to add to the act is one when you're spinning while you're in a curled-up pose that movement looks so good. Good luck, Sofie!

I am so excited to see the final performances! It would be so cool to see Sofie use her new song, Celery, in the background while she does contortion on America's Got Talent! It would show that Sofie is amazing at contortion and creating music.

Any one of them could kick my arse in any sort of competition anywhere, any time. There is no room for debate about that. I wouldn't even consider taking them on. But then, I'm a very old bloke. What really struck me is how pleased their families, friends and parents must be with them - I would be. All I can do is wish each of them the very best. Beautiful humans that they are.

for your final act you should do a trick such as a backbend going up and down some stairs. as well as getting a man to stand on your hips and then releasing your hands like you’ve showed us before. all while have your song bunny play in the background as the music! all of that combined with your bow&arrow and other tricks ofc to top it off!
