Used to howl back at coyotes when i lived near La Sierra here in México. Hadn't been there for a month and the people from town were already warning me about "El hombre lobo" that lived practically in the same area as i did, so i was like "i have definitely heard him! Best to stay clear of those parts".

Spent the next year or so being a werewolf with coyote friends until i finally returned to the city. Townsfolk are probably wondering what happened to the beast now.
