I'm a Libertarian, and Ayn Rand is my favorite author.

Objectivism is the next phase in the evolution of human civilization. Man flourishes in a free environment, but the concept of free men is a relatively new idea that many are still uncomfortable with. Over the next hundred years, Ayn Rand's ideas will become widely accepted but most people today are not ready for those ideas yet.

Most Libertarians are not anarcho-capitalists. Many are minarchists, or Constitutionalists.

Yes libertarians aren't warmongers.

I think this distinguishes between objectivism and anarchism. But if anything, it just reinforces that libertarianism and objectivism are pretty much the same.

Communist Utopia is also a stateless society. Utopian ideation is what motivates Collectivism, and anarchists essentially become Communists virtue signalling as Capitalists.

It still feels to me like objectivism could be considered a subset of libertarianism. It just feels like a more complete ideology than libertarianism which is looser. The only thing that gives me pause is that you claimed that the government is a necessary good, whereas a typical libertarian would consider it either a necessary or unnecessary evil. However, given the reasons you think the government is a necessary good, a lot of nonanarchist libertarians would probably agree those are justified uses of government, so it doesn’t feel like that would contradict objectivism being a subset of libertarianism.

Libertarianism is a political movement, albeit not a particularly successful one. Objectivism is a religion. If you're wondering about this statement, ask Yaron here if he could ever enjoy a book, a movie, a song, or any other form of art for the simple pleasure it gave him. As opposed to having it positively answer the question, "would Ayn Rand approve ot this?" "Does this properly reflect the philosophy of Ayn Rand? And more. Whenever I come across a very fervent Objectivist like Yaron here, I hear tha same blind beliefs I hear when I chat with a very fervent Catholic. Ayn Rand said and repeated endlessly, "check your premises." Yet that is the one thing I never notice an Objectivist do. Now don't get me wrong, I think that Objectivists are mostly nice people, and at the very least won't take my freedom away, , but if you can't enjoy a piece of beautiful music just because the lyrics don't meet your interpretation of it relative to what you read in "The Romantic Manifesto", there is something wrong with you.

So the difference between them is that objectivismn is an Israel psy-op and libertariasm is not necessarily. That's the core distinction.
