Today, we made a very easy and healthy wholemeal flatbread with just flour, salt, water and butter. This is very delicious and I will keep making this one. This is densely rich in fiber and other healthy nutrients. All this makes it ideal for weight loss. It keeps you fuller for longer and thus stops one from binge eating. It's also very easy to make, anyone can do it at home.
● Ingredients:
- 240g wholemeal bread
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 125ml water
- 2tbsp butter
