Two things an entrepreneur should never do on Shark Tank: lie and evade. Their fate was sealed the second they dodged the sales question.

Bruh, Lori with the comeback when mark said, ” I bet scrub daddy doesn’t have a subscription.” Lori hit him with the, ”You don’t need to.” The was gold

you can literally see Lori just waiting for the pitch to end so she can call her lawyer.

It’s so obvious that they were banking on getting a deal with Lori to have that synergy with Scrub Daddy, so they didn’t bother trying to sell their products. Such a horrible strategy and laziness! Anyone that’s lazy I don’t respect.

shark tank is a decade old, if they've watched a lot of episodes then they should've known better that they likely won't get a deal without any sales let alone the rip off name and logo

Lori did the right thing defending scrub daddy, the creator for scrub daddy did everything on his own and just needed the help to build the manufacture for his company and expand the market. These guys were lazy and just wanted the easy way out

One of the more hilarious episodes. Every shark's personality came through.

When Lori said "confusion in the marketplace" she's referring to legal language concerning trademark infringement. They replied by talking about the product being different - its not about that, its about the trademark (logo) appearing to be similar enough to Lori's that the consumer will be confused or think its part of Lori's product. She will definitely have her lawyer contact them.

Scrub Daddy is not her own company, she owns a major share in it. But seeing how she defended Scrub daddy here like a badass goes to show how getting a shark in on ur company is such a fantastic deal. The scrubbie got no chance against the scrub daddy if at all they are ever pitched against each other legally. A shark owns scrub daddy and that says something
