One question if I may. During the video your down swing is controlled and smooth, and seems really slow. I just seem to not be able to control my downswing speed, it's 100% as fast as I can. In my mind I'm thinking if I don't get back to the ball as quick as possible, it's going to be a rubbish strike. Any tips to help just slow the downswing?
