Hahahahahaha this is awesome. I'm going to start making how to videos like this. "So, you want to hit your 5 iron 200 yards? Well just hit it 100 yards, that should be a good start. Have a great day everyone."

It's impossible to make your shot go further without actually seeing you in person, this was a short great tip you can use as a drill to improve your game, if you were expecting some revolutionary tip to make you tiger woods, then keep on looking. Great video in my book

Brilliant. Make easy contact, then move on. Sir Nick said something about all shots begin with good chipping contact. Then hit it a little further. Etc

Stupid audience in this thread. Solid advice, not misleading at all. (You need to learn different speed to be able to control high-speed swings.) And more importantly. If people hit shorter than 200 yards with their 5 iron and don't understand that they need to hit the gym - I have to say they must be idiots or beginners. Stronger is longer, okay?! (This video describes how you are going to be able to hit 200 yards all the time no matter what circumstances (winds and so on) Learn to feel and control your speed!

Solid advise! 👍

seem to me I'd just grip down on the club to shorten the distance, but that's just me

I could hit the 5 iron 250yds the minute I picked it up, sadly, it was the only club I was any dammed good with. The more I played golf, the worse I got. After wrapping a sand wedge around a tree, I gave up the game for good and my BP has never been better.

I remember when I was younger. I bought a how to bowl video. The video was a half hour. All it showed was a ball hitting the pocket and seeing a strike over abs over for that half hour. What a rip off !!!! Than this video

I managed to attain a 73-point shot after reading, rehearsing, and performing the methods found in golf swing techniques, Jοmtοnο Naha (Go ogle it). I also managed to strike 13-18 greens and that was the best one I had since I started playing. I also almost strike the green with a distance of Five to ten yards on the other 5 holes. My handicap is a 9 so I don`t sho ot 73s all the time. When I think it over, I haven’t experienced an exceptional round for years.
