I'm vegan but I have to disagree. Beyond Meat is HIGHLY processed food. Any highly processed food is going just terrible for your health. In fact Beyond Meat is SO processed that experts say, and I think they're correct, that our bodies don't even know how to break it down and what to do with it because it's soooo highly processed.

At least with a regular burger, it can be broken down and the nutrients can be distributed properly.

Here's an idea, get better sleep.

Did you know proper, full night's of uninterrupted sleep is better for your health than a healthy diet and exercise COMBINED????
