Maybe this will be like New Coke vs. Coke Classic.
People appreciated Coke Classic more after New Coke threatened to replace it.
I always thought of Beyond Meat as an occasional treat, and mostly eat whole food plant based.

I think Beyond figured that Impossible had the advantage among those who care only about taste instead of being healthier. Some people fear soy, so Beyond has always avoided that ingredient. I think Beyond and Impossible should merge, and keep Beyond products for those who want a healthier alternative. Impossible actually does have a "light" version of their ground burger, which will give this a lot of competition among the health conscious. I hope VeganHacks reviews that one next.

You know what I’m here for it - I’ve been looking for a “ground turkey” replacement since Trader Joe’s got rid of theirs, so if that’s the flavor difference I’m ok with it. Also they already had me at lower saturated fat. Thanks for the review!

I really liked the premade patties. First off—very affordable…it was only 4.50 at Walmart. I may have liked the flavor of the last version more but these are satisfying and if cooked right have a nice texture and flavor. Would much rather these healthier ingredients…but I hope this isn’t a failure and the end of beyond meat. I think this is a solid burger

it still has methylcellulose in it which is a known substance in causing colon cancer. ive notice it too after trying this type of stuff and so i just make everything from scratch without the horrible ingredients.

Beyond meat uses sawdust as filler and grains sprayed with glyphosate prior to harvest

I'm an Impossible burger stan because the meat is so mild tasting, I can freely add my own flavors. If Beyond 4.0 is as mild as Impossible meat, I'd gladly add it into my rotation.

These are really really really good and I’m a meat eater, but will start at least substituting real burgers for these. I was confused at first cause they are so good.
