It's because they are significantly understaffed....because 96% of their funding comes from immigration fees and only 4% from Congress. Congress needs to fund them more

Hi jacob..I'm documentaryly qualified since may 10, 2022..and I have to get my interview letter..family green card..IR1..priority date is August 28. 2021..and I'm from liberia...I have paid all fees and awaiting interview but been long now..because according to NVC went you are documentaryly qualified it takes three for four months to schedule your interview..

All they have to do is work according to what the law is. If you know the law your work will be easy. In my opinion not adjudicating according to law is the greatest problem facing UCIS.

Can someone tell me what is this means, I got this comment from NVC agent about my DS-260 form. What can I do about to fix this?
"The petition you have filed does not allow derivative status for family members. This means that any spouse, unmarried child under age 21, or parent will require his or her own petition to immigrate."

Omg it took forever for my son’s citizenship. His interview was done on August, 9th since no news. What can we do? Call customer service or what? He hired an attorney, she represented him at interview and yet she is not helping at all
