Gain 12 yards and center contact by just doing this - I stood up for years - finally just turning through the ball - went from 4.3 OI to 3.2 IO same swing, better ATHLETIC movements - I also used your dynamic trigger - people are so afraid of a sway - FLOWING MOVEMENT IS NOT A SWAY! Be athletic!!! Thank you guys

Good video, thx! Out of curiosity, do you feel like the typical middle aged golfer can use a more pivot driven/rotational swing like this, or is it better to become more hands/arms dominant?

But how do we apply force into the ground then? Doing this works, but i don't feel like i am using the ground very much at all..shouldn't we sort of jump?

The golf swing happens so fast but everyone that describes the motion makes it look like it takes forever to start the downswing. One guy says squat at the beginning, another says bump and turn the left hip to start the downswing, etc, etc. there’s no time to think about all that stuff. There has to be a natural move someone hasn’t figured out. I’m 60 yrs old and guilty as hell with early extension and it seems like my body is just too stiff to get it. I can still hit my drives 250 but I have to set up with an open face with most of my clubs to allow for the slight left pull with the arms and core. My shoulders, core, and hips feel much stronger turning as a unit than waiting for the hips to turn first and then the arms pull through 1/1000 of a second later.
Every now and then you find a tip on you tube you can work in to your golf game but I’ve yet found anyone who can give me that ah ha moment with the transition.
Oh and I can do the chair drill(right butt cheek/left butt cheek) til my back aches but put a ball in front of me and I still put my whole body into the swing and I still manage to come out of posture and squeeze the butt cheeks in. Just feels natural and stronger that way. Frustrating but haven’t found a drill I can work on to make it feel natural. Too old and too many aches and pains to have hours a day to work on it.

Hey Shaun. I’m having a really hard time correcting heel(ish) strike on driver club face. Could this be why? Early extension? I can’t seem to get the right feel for eliminating it. Got help?

Why doesn't anyone ever show this stuff from the golfers perspective. How does knee flex look and change from my perspective looking down at the golf ball. Always strikes me as odd that these videos are done from if you're looking at someone from the front or the side, when the most effective would be looking at it how we actually see it.
