READ THIS:
Hey friends you MAY want to disregard this video. This old process still works but this NEW process I found is better.

NEW process:

Make sure that your Creative Cloud is updated to the latest version.
If, still, it's not working, uninstall Premiere Pro CC 2014, then reinstall it.

Importing the entire project didn't work for me because there was a corrupted sequence within the project.

However there were main sequences I wanted to retrieve so when it gave me the option to import selected sequences this worked for me really well.

This problem has happenned to me on two projects and on both projects it is when I have used the merge clips setting. It's the only thing that I can see could be causing problems.

Thanks for the help.

I'M SO GODDAM RELIEVED!! It worked!! I got this error message multiple times while editing this project. I've been honestly working on it for around a year and a couple months back I got the same issue and I had to re do the whole thing. The final video will be about 40 mins long and I was so stressed when this happened today. I thank you so much!! Subscribed !!

I selected "Import selected sequences" and picked the one I wanted, and it worked for me. Hope it works for others, too! THANK YOU!

To improve on this technique. This is what works
-import
-import selected sequences
-Choose the ones you need and import
-CREATE NEW SEQUENCE WITH CORRECT SETTINGS
-COPY PASTE ALL THE VIDO EDITING WORK FROM OLD BROKEN SEQUENCES INTO THESE NEW ONES.
-DELETE ALL OLD SEQUENCES WHICH WERE CAUSING THE CORRUPTION
-SAVE
This should give you a workable file :)

For me this only works when I select "Import selected sequences", then you have to select the sequences from the folders of your project and.. done! Thanks for the video man.
