Thank you so much Richard for your wonderful videos. My friend referred me to your channel and got the role of Band 3 Early Intervention Team Administrator after having my FIRST EVER interview. My interview was at 10am and I was watching your videos at 9.30am. Your sample questions could not have been more spot on as the majority of them came up and thank you for the answers too as they really helped. Great work. Please keep it up. If anyone else reading has not prepared anything for their interview then look no further, Richard is your man.

Hi Richard I wanted to thank you for all your videos, they were so helpful.
I wanted to share my experience in order to help and encourage applicants. It's alittle lengthy but do carry on reading. The videos have helped me to be successful at my interview and I now have a job at Barts Hospital. I will advice all the applicants to never give up, keep trying, don't let failure discourage you, change your methods of learning if you feel you are unable to remember ie taking notes or keep watching the same videos over and over again in order to remembering how to answer the questions. Once again these videos are so helpful and has given me a lot of confidence as I'm a really shy person, feel uncomfortable talking to new people and knowing people are judging you in everything you say is an added stress.
The confidence I have gained in going to so many interviews and not being successful was my journey in learning and developing my skills for the better. I realised I had to change my method and approach if I really wanted the job. I have learnt alot and took something from all the interviews which has helped me to prepare myself better. Research the company and employers will be impressed with you, smile and laugh at their jokes and join in by saying something of a similar experience. I even asked the employer that I would love to work here and be apart of this amazing team. Which I would never be so bold in doing. But you have to say it in a way that ties and flows in within what you are saying. So what I did was tell them that I was really impressed with their work ie the Stimulation, all the medical programmes and how this helps paramedics, nurses, junior doctors and undergraduates train up to become Health professionals especially with brexit and staff shortages. I said this is an excellent way to retain staff within the trust. I then went on to say that I would love to be apart of this team. I wish every applicant all the best and stay positive.

Just be yourself and answer the questions in your own words- let your personality come through because they really want to know about you.
