Such boasting is flat out wrong, he’s not the one who build the Church, it’s Christ. Without the Holy Spirit, you cannot even begin to build His Church. Pastor’s job is impossible with human power, you need the Holy Spirit. Give credit to Him not you. As John said, “He must increase, but I must decrease.” If he’s a pastor he should know this.
