When TBN was officially launched in my country, i listened to all these “preachers” thinking they were preaching the truth. Am glad I came to find out later that they were all false preachers. Praise be to God

I listened to these fools for years. One of the problems with their prosperity teaching is when it doesn't happen for you, you can't help but think God is mad at me or I'm doing something wrong and God is withholding from me. I started to feel like God's word didn't work or wasn't true. My love for Him made me press on and that's when I found John MacArthur, Justin Peters, and Voddie Bachman. In the beginning it was hard because I had to change my whole way of thinking. I had to throw out all of the teachings I learned from Copeland and the rat pack. I'm much more content in my spirit. Thank you for teaching the truth.

God is my strength. Even though every month I struggle to pay rent and I struggle to buy groceries for my children. God has always provided. These past three years have been hard. Since suffering a heart attack two years ago and my on going battle with lupus I’m overwhelmed. Both of my sons are autistic but they are thriving now that I’m homeschooling them because the public school system wasn’t working. Due to me homeschooling them my hours to work are limited so are my finances. I’m constantly in fear of homelessness. But I STILL TRUST IN YOU LORD blind faith even as I struggle. I feel ashamed because I get put down over my situation. Thankfully I find strength in you Jesus. I love you Heavenly Father please continue to keep me in your grace and mercy.

If you take away tithing and donating to churches apart from directly volunteering to do odd jobs for your church; There'll be a very few pastors left. There's absolutely no reason for a pastor to live like an elite while their congregants suffer and starve!
